GENERAL GUIDELINES

The standard delivery time for all documents is 10 working days and starts after your approval of the drafts and provision of complete information.

The urgent delivery time is 6 days and starts after your approval of the drafts and provision of complete information. You are required to send us your answers within 24 hours of registration.

If your delivery deadline is less than 6 days, the fee will be adjusted.

Please note that you can avail the personal statement services up to 60 days of fee payment ONLY.

After the 60-day mark, a late fee of $15 will be charged for every 3-day delay. •

Please note that we expect all our clients to be professional and respectful in their communication. If any client behaves disrespectfully or unprofessionally, we will not proceed with their orders. Please also understand that we need your cooperation at all times to ensure a smooth process. This includes adhering to the timelines, sharing of the relevant information, and open communication. If at any point you have any concern, please share with us as soon as possible to avoid misunderstandings later.

HOW WE WORK

After completing the registration form and acknowledging all terms and conditions, you must pay the fee and send us a screenshot via WhatsApp.
Fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
For international clients:

Fees will be paid through https://wise.com/ or https://www.remitly.com/. Any applicable processing fee will be borne by the client, so please enter the amount to be transferred accordingly.

For Pakistani clients:

You can make a bank transfer via online or mobile banking or a bank deposit. For Pakistani clients, the fee is converted into PKR as per that day’s dollar conversion rate on Forex.

Please note that a small share of our earnings is donated to Kiran Foundation as charity, on behalf of Walking Thoughts and its clients.
Your registration will only be complete once you have filled the form and paid the fee, after which you will be sent a detailed questionnaire or template, depending upon the service that you have chosen.
